How to Book with Fresha
Follow these simple steps to book your service effortlessly:
1. Create an Account:
If you’re new to Fresha, start by creating a free account with your email and a secure password. If you already have an account, simply log in.
2. Select Your Service:
Browse through our list of services, all available with pricing details directly on the booking site.
3. Pick a Date and Time:
Check our availability and select your preferred time slot. We’re available from 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week for your convenience.
4. Add a Credit Card on File:
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Please note that this is NOT a pre-payment—your card will only be charged in case of a no-show or late cancellation, as per our policy.
5. Review and Confirm:
Double-check your appointment details, read our policy thoroughly, and confirm your booking.
6. Receive Confirmation:
You’ll receive an email or text confirming your appointment. Keep this handy for future reference.
Our Policies
1. Pre-Care is Essential:
For certain services, like lip blushing, proper pre-care must be followed. For example, if you arrive with very dry or unprepared lips, we cannot proceed with the service. In such cases, the full service cost will still apply, as it is your responsibility to adhere to the pre-care instructions provided.
2. Zero Tolerance for Disrespect:
We maintain a professional and welcoming environment and do not tolerate any form of disrespect or verbal abuse. If such behavior occurs, we will charge the card on file for the full service amount and ask you to leave, even if this means the service will not be completed.
3. Appointment Policy:
We operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. Please book your appointment in advance through our Fresha booking platform.
4. Credit Card Policy:
A card on file is required to secure your appointment. This is not a pre-payment but ensures protection against no-shows or late cancellations.
5. Read Before Booking:
All services and their prices are listed on the booking site. Please review the policies thoroughly before booking to avoid confusion.
6. Late Arrival Policy:
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and the full service cost will apply. Timeliness ensures the best experience for all clients.
7. Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling must be done at least 24-48 hours before your appointment to avoid a late rescheduling fee.
9. Health and Hygiene Policy:
For everyone’s safety, please arrive in good health. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment with adequate notice.
10. Product Allergy Disclaimer:
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. Patch tests are available upon request.
11. Refund Policy:
All services and products are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.
12. Photography/Content Policy:
Photos or videos may be taken during your service for promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with this, please notify us in advance.
13. Touch-Up Policy:
Touch-ups for certain services (like lashes or lip blushing) are only valid within a specific time frame (e.g., 2-3 weeks) and must be booked as a separate appointment.
14. Service Denial Policy:
We reserve the right to deny service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, failure to follow pre-care instructions, or ongoing disrespect.
15. Age Restrictions:
Certain services are only available for clients aged 18 and older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
16. Payment Methods:
Payment is due at the end of the service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit or E-transfer..
17. Gift Card/Promo Code Policy:
Gift cards and promo codes must be presented at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other offers.
